Japan has plan for huge investment in power sector in India. Already some of the plants, funded by Japan, are operational here. A report by Tokyo Broadcasting System, focuses on pollution issues, especially on fly ash and mercury pollution in Sonbhadra Area (UP) in India. Remember! Minamata was first identified in Japan.
